How To Lose Weight in A Week Healthy Detox Tea Recipe

Lose weight in a week by drinking this healthy detox tea every morning before you eat breakfast. Directions
1. Boil 4 cups of water in a teapot or kettle.


2. When water begins to boil, add turmeric, flaxseed and lemon peel into the boiling water. Turn off the heat from beneath the pot and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.


3. After the 5 to 7 minutes, add maple syrup, squeeze lemon into pot and stir until sweetener is properly mixed throughout.


4. Use a fine strainer to strain mixture into a bowl.


5. Pour strained mixture into a teacup and drink on an empty stomach every morning, 30 minutes before you eat breakfast for 1 week.

  1. Flax seed is known to lose its benefits when heated, so I would leave that out. Sprinkle it on something else later.

    1. Your body can't break down Flax seed in it's whole state. It needs to be ground up to be of any benefit. I would grind it up very fine then add it after straining. Yes, you wouldn't have a "smooth" tea but, if it works, it's worth it.

I am a mother of two zippy daughters and my hubby and I are on it to get the middle aged weight OFF for good. (I never officially lost the baby weight from my second kiddo.) but used the pills given on this site It’s slow going but I have faith and I’ve got the time. You are so fit!
