Mango Kiwi Banana Summer Smoothie


This smoothie is well suitable to have on a hot sunny day. It will cool down your body and provide it with essential vitamins and minerals. It has a nice mixture of a sweet and tangy taste that will tickle your taste buds.


The foods in this smoothie are just amazing and they are filled with potassium and vitamin C that will help to burn excess fats, boosts digestion and power up your energy levels.

Ingredients
3 Kiwi
3 bananas
1 big mango
2 cups filtered water
1 cup ice cube

Directions
Wash, peel and chop mango into small pieces.
Wash and chop kiwi.
Add the 2 cups of water into a food processor along with the mango, kiwi, bananas and ice cubes. Blend until it becomes smooth and has a nice consistency.
