Easy Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe - Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Cup Sliced Peaches
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Mango Chunks

Directions
If your fruit is frozen then wait for it to partially dethaw. Frozen fruits help to keep the smoothie cold so you need to add less ice.

-Measure out 1 cup of each fruit.

-Measure 2 servings of Pineapple Juice (of any juice of your preference, V8 Splash Peach Mango makes it really tasty)

-Put all fixings into a blender and mix for around 1/2 - 1 minutes on the higher setting until smooth or to your sought consistency.
