  1. I love smoothies and this recipe will come in handy as a post-workout drink. I lost around 6 pounds on the 3 Day Military diet and am so happy. My brother’s wedding is coming in 2 weeks so this great for me. However, I know that it takes a lifestyle change to keep off the weight. So I plan to continue my cardiovascular and strength training exercises. This smoothie will be a tremendous help.
