Moroccan French Lentils - Get Waisted

 

Eating the right way can really help you to trim your waist and look the right way. This “Moroccan French Lentils” recipe is a sample dish taken from the unique recipe book called “Get Waisted”, which is composed of delicious meals and dishes that are suitable for your health, weight loss and wellbeing.

Ingredients
 1 cup French lentils
1 / 2 orange juice and pomegranate
2 1 /2 cups water
4 wholes cloves
1 1 /2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 cup kale ribbons (washed and de-stemmed, chopped)
3 / 4 tsp sea salt

Directions
Place all of the ingredients (except for last additions) in a pressure cooker or large pot with a tight fitting lid. Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the lentils are tender (although French lentils will still be somewhat firm). This will take about 25 minutes in a pressure cooker or 45 minutes in a regular pot.
Remove from heat and stir in the last additions. Cover immediately and allow it to sit until the kale has wilted and become edible tender, about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
