1 quart distilled water
3 cups fresh collards, chopped
1/2 cups green beans, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs no-salt seasoning
2 pinches cayenne pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
Add diced vegetables and spices to the water in a large saucepan. Boil over high heat until tender enough to blend. Puree and eat the soup. Drink the remaining broth.

The Green Detox/Cleansing Juice – Gluten Free Juicing

 

This detox green juice is a sample recipe taken from the recipe book called “Gluten-Free Juicing Recipes and Gluten-Free Raw Food Recipes” In the book, this juice is said to be a cleansing juice that target your Liver and Gallbladder by flushing them with vitamins, nutrients and minerals. 1 handful of parsley, Washed
4 medium carrots, greens removed, washed, ends trimmed
1 small beet root, with some leaves remaining
2 curled endive leaves
2 celery stalks with greens, washed and ends trimmed
1/2 lemon, peeled

Directions
1 Process washed parsley into juicer
2 Feed carrots, beet root with leaves. Endive leaf, celery stalks with greens and peeled lemon through juicer.
3 Pour juice into glass and drink immediately to benefit from all the nutrients.
