Skinny Apple Smoothie - Aid Weight Loss

Apples are amazing and eating them will result in amazing health effects in our bodies. Recent studies have shown that dried apples help aid weight loss. Overweight women that ate one cup of dried apples a day for a year lost a great amount of weight and their cholesterol were even lowered. The researchers at the Florida State University believe this is due to the fact that, apples contain a high about of antioxidants and are very high in fibers and they further stated that fresh apples are even better.

This is a popular saying: An apple a day keeps the docs away.

Ingredients
5 large apples, peeled and chopped
1 tb Vermont maple syrup
1 1/2 cup coconut water

Equipments
A high speed blender and a container to pour smoothie in when finished.

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into
glasses and serve.

Drinking Routine
Drink this smoothie 4 times per day for 1 week.
