Apple Banana Energy Booster Smoothie

This is an energy booster smoothie made form apples, bananas and peanuts. Bananas and apples are energy booster foods and on the other hand, peanuts are rich in protein, so drinking a glass of this smoothie on a daily basis will do wonders for your body.

Whenever i consume banana smoothie, it really makes me feel great and my little brothers always want more of it. I am happy that they love it, because they are getting a lot of super-nutrients in their bodies whenever they drink this smoothie.

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 handful of peanut
3 cups of water (purified)

Equipments
A blender and a glass container to pour smoothie into when you are finished.

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and purée for 1 minute. Add more water if necessary.
Pour smoothie into a glass container and drink. Enjoy.

Drinking Routine
Drink this smoothie whenever you need energy, because you will get it, even though the Most High is the source of all energies.
