It will now go in search to steal an electron from a nearby molecule to stabilize itself and the molecule that loses one of its electrons by the thief, then go in search to steal back one and the process continues if antioxidants do not intervene.

Healthy Buckwheat Vegan Lentil Soup With Greens

This is a healthy buckwheat vegan lentil soup with greens. A soup like this will make anybody's day and furthermore, the ingredients added it makes it a very delicious a tasty soup. This is a soup that definitely worth a go.

red lentils
collard greens or kale
veggie broth


Here we go....

Dice 2 Onions

Add them to a large pot with a little veggie broth

Chop 4 - cloves of garlic

And garlic to pot and cook on a medium heat

Chop 1 bag of baby carrots or 3 - 4 carrots and chop 1 bunch of celery

Add carrots and chopped celery to pot and add a little more veggie broth and cook for about 10 minutes. Additionally, add two bay leaves

Add 2 cups of rinsed buckwheat into the pot

Add 2 cups of rinsed lentils into the pot and then add the rest of the 2 containers of veggie broth

Add 60 - 70 oz of water into the pot

Cook on high until soup comes to a boil and once it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and cover

Cook for around an hour and stir occasionally

Wash 2 bundles of collard greens. Remove stems and just use the leaves and chop them up roughly

Once buckwheat and lentils are fully cooked, add greens and cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt to taste and add any flavor or seasoning you like to it.

1-2 tbsp carob
1.7 quart of coconut water
2 drops of peppermint stevia
