1/2 cup vegan yogurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 banana
1/2 cup of ice (optional)

Directions
1. Add ice and water to the blender first and then just add all the other ingredients afterward and blend.

2. Pour smoothie into cup and drink.

3. Drink one cup of this smoothie in the morning and in the evening for 7 days.

  1. There's no measurement for the vegan yoghurt in the blueberry smoothie. Do we use 1/2 container or 1/2 cup of vegan yoghurt? Thank you so much.
