Green Juice Recipe for Weight Loss and Detox

This is a healthy weight loss and detox green juice recipe. This is packed with nutrients that will boost your energy levels and flush the waste out of your body.

We who are living in today's society are not even aware of the amount of works our immune systems have to do to fight off the pathogens that invaded our bodies and eat us to death...


Let's help your immune system by boosting it with this healthy juice.

Ingredients
2 celery stalks
3 lettuce leaves
1 large handful of kale
1 cup of distilled water
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions
1. Place all celery, romaine and kale into your juicer and juice them.
2. Add the 1 cup of distilled water and add a little cane juice or marble syrup to the juice and stir.
3. If juice is too much or too diluted, just juice a little more kale, romaine and celery, stir it again and store some of the juice for the next day.

Drink 1 glass of this juice everyday for at least 3 days and drink a lot of water between meals and please stay away from snacks. If you ever feel for snacks, just drink some more green juice.
