Watermelon Juice Recipe and 12 Health Benefits


This watermelon juice will hydrate your body and cleanse your kidneys and bladder of poisonous substances that can lead to bladder infection and kidney failure. Watermelons are rich in many nutrients that are essential for the body such as vitamin A, B1, B6 and C, pantothenic acid (A vitamin in the B Complex that is essential for the oxidation of fats and carbohydrates), biotin (A vitamin of the B Complex that involves in the synthesis (combining) of fatty acids and glucose), potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients
1 big watermelon
1 big cantaloupe
1 lemon

Directions
1. Drink this juice for two days straight and if you feel hungry, eat the water melon, including the white part, but don't eat the skin. Make only enough juice for one day, because the fresher the juice, the better the results.

2. Beginning in the morning, drink one cup of this juice for one hour until the day is finished and drink one cup of herbal tea every 4 hours, half hour after you have consumed the water melon juice.

3. Chop water melon and cantaloupe and place them into the vitamix blender to be blended.

4. Squeeze lemon into juice, strain juice, pour strained juice into your glass cup/jar and drink or serve and store the rest of it in the cooler until you are ready for you next drink.
