7-Day Juice Cleanse - The Healthy Way To Start Every New Year

Your body will get a super cleanse, you will feel a rise of energy, a sweet refreshing experience will be gained, your body will be revitalized and rejuvenated using this powerful 7-day juice cleanse.

We all should know by now that juicing natural fruits or vegetables will not only cleanse but will cause you to look ten times younger. This is taking us back to Eden, healthy lifestyle for longevity. No doubt about it, the results will be astonishing.


Please use only organic products.

Carrot Juice:
1/3 slice of a pumpkin
2 small Apples
10 carrots (add carrots until it reaches 24-32 oz. For the 16-24 oz, add fewer carrots)

Cucumber juice:
3 - 4 green apples
5 cucumbers (add cucumbers until it reaches 16 oz.)

Tomato Juice:
5 pounds of tomatoes
10 strawberries (add to your desire)

Directions
1. Use a juicer or a blender to make your juices and make one set of these juices each day, beginning with the carrot and cucumber juice and ending with the carrot, cucumber and tomato juice set. For each juice, make at least 16-24 ounces of juice and store it in a tight container.

2. Store your juices in the cooler and drink 1 cup of juice every hour for 9 hours each day for the 7 days.

3. Drink one cup of water every half hour and make sure you stay away from alcohol, caffeine and fermented drinks.

4. Your last meal of the day should be very light, and it should not contain a lot of grease, because as the sun goes down, your metabolic systems tend to slow down. This means that if we eat too much, our bodies will not be able to burn excess fat and that fat will be stored.

Note: If you want more sweetness to juice and smoothie, use coconut water instead of sugar.

  4. I’ve heard of juice cleansing so this 7 Day Juice Cleansing diet is very useful for me! I’ve just finished doing the 3 Day Military diet and I’m looking for some low carb options to try. You see, after the diet, I can still do it again after at least 4 days. Those 4 days are crucial for me, I can’t have the pounds coming back. This cleansing diet might just do the trick! I’m very anxious to lose the extra weight for my coming Hawaiian vacation 2 weeks from now. I hope I’m going to lose some more pounds. Again thanks!
