Healthy Juice for Fat Loss and Energy

This is a healthy weight loss juice that will not only help your body to burn unwanted fat but speeds up the metabolic rate and rid the body of free radicals. When our bodies are filled with free radicals, it is easier for us to develop cancer, become overweight or obese or develop some kind of severe illness.

Note: don't drink too much of this juice if you have high blood pressure because it contains beetroot which is a blood count booster.


Please use only organic foods.

Ingredients
1 handful of spinach
5 - 6 celery sticks
1 1/2 small beetroot
1 small piece of ginger
2 radishes
3 large carrots

Directions
1. Wash all your vegetables and place them into the juicer one after the other and start juicing. Bear in mind that you don't need an expensive juicer; a simple and effective juicer will do the job for you.

2. When you are fished juicing, pour juice into a glass cup and drink or serve :).

This juice can be had every other day for seven days, so if you have it today, don’t drink it tomorrow, but the day that comes after tomorrow and the best time to have it would be in the evening. 


Note: try your best to stay away from a big meal in the evening, because that’s when your metabolic rate slows down. According to science, our metabolic rate slows down as the sun goes down, so people who eat late in the evening, tend to put on more weight.
