Body Cleanser Watermelon Juice Recipe


If you want to cleanse your body in a simple and easy way, while at the same time enjoying

the moment, then this outstanding Body Cleanser Watermelon Juice is for you. Watermelon

as it is called, is mostly water, but the water of this delicious and refreshing fruit is

sweetened with nutrients. Eating this fruit can cause your body to be enriched with vitamins

A, B and C along with a lot of lycopene (the red carotenoid pigment present in the watermelon) and antioxidants.


Ingredients
1 big watermelon
1 big cantaloupe

Directions
1. Chop water melon, cantaloupe and place them into your vitamix blender and blend them

together.

2. Strain juice and pour it into your glass cup/jar and drink or serve. Enjoy.

Lycopene is a phytonutrient and it has been scientifically proven that watermelon has a high

level of lycopene. This phytonutrient called lycopene reacts with our bodies to produce

healthy reactions.

Watermelon has been shown to be a good kidney cleanser and I remember one of my friends

who decided to do a “watermelon cleanse-fast” for three days. This means she would have

eaten only watermelon for three days. At the end of the three days when she was asked
